Gallery Administrator/Personal Assistant to the Director
We are looking for a dynamic individual with experience in office administration and library/archive management. As a member of a close-knit team, you will have a variety of tasks and be central to the smooth operation of the Gallery.
Often the first point of contact to the public, you will deal with a wide variety of people—including Gallery staff, artists, arts professionals, arts institutions, collectors, related organisations and professionals—so you will need excellent communication skills. On a daily basis you will provide PA support to the Director, process accounts, provide efficient word processing services, as well as perform duties as the Gallery Receptionist.
