City Gallery Wellington is delighted to partner with Artsight to provide an even more extensive and creative learning experience for our audiences.

Artsight provides a range of classes for both children and adults. Each class is taught by highly trained specialist art teachers or contemporary artists and has a focus on practical art techniques. “We understand that it may have taken someone years for people to get to (or get back to) art classes, and we want the best experience” explains Fiona.

Parents looking to for something to do with their children these July school holidays are invited to check out the Artsight School Holiday programme. The programme is aligned with City Gallery Wellington’s exhibition and includes classes on Signs and Symbols in Shane Cotton’s exhibition The Hanging Sky. Sheyne Tuffery will also be running a printmaking workshop.
All classes and workshops are held in City Gallery Wellington education studio.
