The gorgeous new book which accompanies the survey exhibition Fiona Pardington: A Beautiful Hesitation launched this month and is now available from the City Gallery store.
Co-published By Victoria University Press and Baker+Douglas Publishing and designed by Neil Pardington, the 265-page book covers 30 years of artist's practice and features seven new essays, an interview with the artist, a poem by Rangitunoa Black, and an archive of earlier writing. It is the most comprehensive publication of her work to date.
Since the launch, the publication has received a number of glowing reviews including this one from Radio New Zealand.
