Led by learning specialists from City Gallery Wellington and the National Library, this two-part programme delves into historical and contemporary expressions of mana. Through an interactive gallery experience, ākonga will engage with the creative works of world-renowned artists, prompting them to reflect on their place in Aotearoa.

In a guided tour of He Tohu, ākonga will explore the significance of Cliff Whiting’s Te Wehenga o Rangi Rāua ko Papa and gain insights into He Whakaputanga (the Declaration of Independence), Te Tiriti o Waitangi, and the Women’s Suffrage Petition.
