Join us to draw and make kowhaiwhai karetao (puppets) with Māori artist Gina Matchitt. Students will practice drawing koru, pitau and kape then draw kowhaiwhai designs on ika, whai, or manu.
With an exhibition tour of Matarau this is great opportunity to celebrate and experience toi Māori leading up to our first Matariki public holiday.
