Discover ways that artists use light both as a subject and material by looking at artworks in our new exhibitions: Chasing the Light and News From the Sun. Experience a silent fireworks display from the inside out, then look at photographs showing the possibilities of reflected and refracted light. Students will discover a range of alternative photographic processes and make their own camera-less photograph. By layering transparencies, students will construct a negative then make a cyanotype blueprint photograph exposed in our UV lightbox.
