Get the behind-the-scenes story from SFMOMA Head of Digital, Keir Winesmith on how he and his team (the SFMOMA Content Strategy and Digital Engagement division) changed the way the museum interacts with its audience.
Over a three-year building redevelopment, SFMOMA made sweeping changes to how the institution listened and responded to its visitors, San Francisco and the world. As Head of Digital, Keir played an integral role in this transformation, and in the process learned a lot about the museum and its audience. He is in town for the National Digital Forum conference and in this talk will be sharing the tech and human lessons he learned during the transformation and in the year since reopening.
