Join us for this informative floor talk of our current exhibition. Joanna Margaret Paul: Imagined in the Context of a Room. Led by curator Kirsty Baker, the talk will explore Paul's artistic practice in relation to the women's art movement, particularly as it played out in Wellington.
Dr Kirsty Baker is an art historian, researcher and writer and is currently a member of City Gallery Wellington's curatorial team. She has written extensively on contemporary art and is currently working on a significant new book about women artists in Aotearoa to be published by Auckland University Press.
