Opening Day – Diane Arbus: A Panel Discussion

Saturday 23 September, 2pm

Come together and celebrate the opening of our new exhibition season over two weekends for the chance to hear from artists and expert voices. Join us for insights into Archive: alter / image, Diane Arbus: A Box of Ten Photographs and Ngahuia Harrison: Coastal Cannibals.

Diane Arbus’s A Box of Ten Photographs radically shifted the idea of photography and elevated its status as an art form. Curators Aaron Lister, Dr Chelsea Nichols and Athol McCredie are joined by photographer Yvonne Todd to discuss the history and legacy of this portfolio and Arbus’s practice.
