For the safety of our visitors and team, we are cancelling April's Tuatara Open Late. The team are working on alternative and innovative ways to present our experiences to you.
We are following Ministry of Health advice guidelines on novel coronavirus and encourage all our visitors to do the same.
Art, music, film, talks, beer, wine, and food. A changing programme of late-night events on the first Thursday of the month.
This month is your last chance to explore our summer season with an after-hours exhibition tour.
Pip Adam and the City Gallery Book Club return with a reading list inspired by Encounter 1. Our panellists include Arini Loader (Lecturer and filmmaker), Rajorshi Chakraborti (novelist, essayist, and short-story writer), and Claire Mabey (Director of Lit Crawl and one half of Pirate and Queen). They will be discussing:

- Sport 47 edited by Tayi Tibble
- The Story of a New Zealand River Jane Mander
- The Piano directed by Jane Campion
Plus, a live performance from violinist and composer Motte. Having recently toured with Nadia Reid, David Kilgour, Lawrence Arabia and Delaney Davidson, Motte returns to Wellington with her unique experimental pop sound.
As always, our bar and galleries open at 5pm, there will be supper treats available for purchase from Mao & Co, Tuatara beers, Seresin Estate wine, and sounds from a RadioActive DJ.
