Be delighted and moved by Astral Waves–a one-night only orchestral event in the presence of The Ten Largest (1907). Ensembles from the New Zealand Symphony Orchestra (NZSO) perform 10 pieces in tribute to Hilma af Klint’s monumental and exuberantly colourful, The Ten Largest.
This event is in partnership with the NZSO. Celebrating its first 75 years next year, they have charmed audiences with memorable musical experiences since 1946. The evening starts with a tour of Hilma af Klint: The Secret Paintings, commencing at 6:30pm, with guests then seated for a one-hour performance from 7pm.
