Stay up late at City Gallery Wellington for our changing programme of art, music, film and talks.  

Go beyond the visible, with this after-hours exploration of our latest shows. In our February line-up, we take on the big issues in our panel discussion ‘The Future of Monuments.’ Next up, we host two film directors’ in discussion on bringing the life of Hilma af Klint to the big screen. Last but not least, discover the cosmic sounds of neo-folk artist Jazmine Mary, who joins us live from Tamaki Makura. We ain’t clowning around, this is a BIG Tuatara Open Late...

5pm Exhibitions open, supper treats and tunes.

6pm The Future of Monuments panel discussion chaired by Giacomo Lichtner.

7pm Point and Line to Plane screening.

7.30pm Canadian filmmaker Sofia Bohdanowicz, and Halina Dryschka Director of Beyond the Visible in conversation with Senior curator Aaron Lister on Hilma af Klint.

8.45pm Live music from Neo-folk artist, Jazmine Mary, who joins us with her band from Tamaki Makura.
